Alessandra Morales always knew she wanted to be a lawyer. As the middle child of five children in a big Italian American family, she had to use her voice strategically. She always sought to be a voice for the voiceless and an advocate for those who may otherwise be powerless.

Alessandra’s parents migrated to the United States from Italy and Argentina. They raised her to know her worth, work hard and most importantly to succeed relentlessly. She is the epitome of what it means to live the American Dream. She speaks three languages; Spanish, Italian and English. She fights tirelessly and always puts her clients’ best interests first.

Alessandra gravitated towards personal injury law because she is passionate about helping people. Especially people whose lives have changed due to no fault of their own. People who have sustained injuries and who are up against large multi-millionaire insurance companies and in need of someone to fight for them. Alessandra’s zealous advocacy and work ethic have gotten her to where she is today. She has paid her dues and worked her way up the ladder. Her experience in the legal field dates back to 2009. She has worked her way up from being an intern to a paralegal, to a law clerk and through law school wherein she graduated at the top 20% of her class.

Today, she is recognized as one of the Top 10 Attorneys in Colorado by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys & the Attorney Practice Magazine.

Alessandra is known for her passion and tenacity. She was nicknamed a “shark” and a “grenade” by her Colleagues. She has experience both with negotiating cases pre-litigation and also litigating cases as well. In 2018, she tried a case with unfavorable facts and to the surprise of many, the Jury awarded her 7x more than the Insurance Company initially offered that client. In fact, the Jury was so impressed that they awarded her client more than what she asked them for. This does not happen often and is a direct reflection of Alessandra’s work ethic, determination and advocacy for her clients.

After 6 loyal and zealous years of service at one of the largest personal injury firms in Colorado, Alessandra opened her own Law Firm and continues to strive for justice on behalf of her clients. Throughout her time as an attorney, she has successfully resolved over 1000 cases! Her ambition is unrivaled and her dedication to her clients is beat by no one. The legal industry has also recognized her powerful advocacy as she has become the recipient of several awards to date.
